I deliver growth and performance for founders and teams at times of change.
Organisations navigating scaling, transition or significant change rarely struggle because of a lack of ambition. They struggle because the infrastructure, leadership and systems underneath the ambition have not kept pace. That is usually the point at which I get called in.
Transformation has defined my career for nearly two decades, across people, technology and governance, through crisis and rapid growth. The work has always been about protecting and building value, not just delivering change. I bring both strategic clarity and hands-on delivery to every engagement. I do not advise from the sidelines.
Seven years coaching over 100 founders, executives and senior leaders across a wide range of organisations has given me a finely tuned ability to read what is happening beneath the surface and to lead change that sticks because it is built around the people, not just the systems.
