I work with organisations and leaders at inflection points — where what got them here won't get them where they want to go. The team has outgrown its structure. The systems are creaking. The founder is doing three jobs at once and none of them well.

I walk in, understand what's actually going on underneath the surface, and then I build what's needed. The governance, the operating rhythm, the team structure, the technology foundations. Not as a consultant who hands over a report. As someone who stays until it works.
